All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances;
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.

These beautiful lines written by William Shakespeare  remind us that life is a performance. We all have a role to play, and it is up to us to decide how we want to play it. Shakespeare was baptized on April 26, 1564 and he died on April 23, 1616. Shakespeare, the poet, dramatist, and actor, often called the English national poet “was not of an age, but for all time”. To commemorate his contribution in the field of English literature, DIPSITES celebrated Shakespeare Week at DPS Indore , by decorating the corridors with his words and images, thereby creating imaginative visions of pathos and mirth seen in the works of this literary legend. Even today, his mental energy, when applied to intelligible human situations, finds a memorable expression that is astonishingly convincing and imaginatively stimulating.
