Students of XI F conducted a morning assembly which gave way for deep introspection. It was centred around a theme adopted from the Chandogya Upnishad- “Tat Tvam Asi”. The assembly reminded us that beneath our external appearences lies our true self. This ultimate version of ourselves is defined through our actions.

The programme commenced with an informative and appeasing welcome. The in-depth explanation of the phrase “Tat Tvam Asi” and the thought, offered deep insights into how our daily choices and actions connect us to a shared consciousness. The significance of the day with an informative news segment kept the audience up-to-date on current affairs.

An enacted segment beautifully illustrates that looking beyond the versions of ourselves that we curate for others, enables us to tap into our greatest self. A well coordinated dance further elevated the spirit of the gathering, filling the air with inspiration to discover their true self.

The assembly beautifully reinforced the message that recognising the strength we possess is an opportunity for boundless growth. After commemorating various achievements of our fellow Dipsites, the assembly concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, followed by the National Anthem.
