Centred around the profound theme, “Thriving, Not Just Surviving – Understanding Teenage Pressures and Building Resilience,” the assembly served as a gentle reminder that true success lies not merely in enduring challenges but in rising above them with courage and hope.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome, followed by a serene prayer that created an atmosphere of peace and positivity. The Word , Thought and the significance of the day offered valuable insights into emotional well-being and resilience. An informative news update kept the audience abreast of current affairs, while a powerfully enacted skit portrayed the struggles faced by teenagers and the importance of empathy, self-belief, and seeking support. A melodious song further elevated the spirit of the gathering, filling the air with optimism and inspiration.

The assembly beautifully reinforced the message that every challenge is an opportunity for growth and every setback a stepping stone towards success. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks , followed by the National Anthem.
